Introduction of our HQ Dojo, Furkan Sports Club
The International Karatedo Federation Kyokushin Kaikan was officially established in 1965. This book chronicles the progress of Kyokushin Kaikan over about half a century, from the era of its founder, President Masutatsu Oyama, to the new era of his successor, Director Shokei Matsui.
Instructor Sensei Ömer Salih Cengiz
Born in Tokyo on January 15, 1963. He admired Master Oyama and entered Kyokushin Kaikan in junior high school. Due to his gifted talent and constant efforts, he quickly rose to prominence. When he was 17 years old, he placed 4th in the All Japan Tournament, showing the world how extraordinary he was. He won the 17th and 18th All Japan Championships. He also won the 4th World Championship the following year, achieving the feat of winning the tournament for the third time in a row. His agile and brilliant kumite was called the prince of the karate world, and attracted many fans.
Also, the year before he won the world tournament, he completed Kyokushin's greatest arrogance, Hyakunin Kumite, establishing his foundation as a true martial artist.
After retiring as an active player, he will learn from Master Oyama's

Currently, he spends his days running around the world, aiming to run Kyokushin Kaikan organizations around the world and further popularize and develop Kyokushin Karate.
